I am an IFS Practitioner trained at Level 1 by the IFS Institute, which grounds my parts-work in a clear, structured framework. This training supports authentic exploration of your inner world—going beyond surface-level solutions—so I can thoughtfully adapt these approaches to your unique needs. Every session is designed to strengthen your sense of self-leadership and inner balance over time.
